No paid staff. Just people who show up for local kids.
You do not have to know the game to help. Most jobs take an hour or two, and every one of them makes the season better for the players.
Coach
Every team needs a head coach and an assistant. All coaches complete CCSA's registration, background check and safety training first, and we'll help you with practice plans.
Line fields
Teams take turns lining before game weekends. A good job for a parent and an older player. See the rotation.
Team parent
Snacks, picture day, the end-of-season party. Keep the team organized so the coach can coach.
Board & events
Help plan seasons and registration, run setup and teardown days, or find sponsors.
